Creator Speaker Series

From grove to table, join us for a special Creative Speaker Series featuring local watercolor artist Terry Simmons from the The Desert Plein Air Association. This session is designed to help participants slow down, observe their surroundings, and translate what they see into expressive, fluid artwork.

Terry will guide attendees through foundational techniques while encouraging personal interpretation and creativity. This is an approachable experience for beginners as well as those looking to reconnect with their artistic side.

This engaging series features authors, filmmakers, artists, and other creatives whose unique works explore local history, regional identity, and the people who have shaped the Valley. Through thought-provoking conversations and inspiring presentations, guests will have the opportunity to connect with both local and national creators whose art and storytelling share a meaningful tie to the Coachella Valley.
